10. Liability for third-party bookings

10.1 Online booking services for excursions or similar products may involve independent third-party suppliers. Prestige Limousine Service does not accept liability for the actions or omissions of those suppliers, and the purchaser is deemed to waive claims against Prestige Limousine Service related to the excursions purchased.

10.2 Products, services, or excursions requested through this site may involve activities with inherent risk. The consumer assumes that risk and agrees that Prestige Limousine Service is not responsible for bodily injury, property damage, economic loss, or similar damages connected with participation in those activities.

11. Conditions of contract for online bookings

For third-party tours and excursions, the service supplier may cancel, shorten, or alter an excursion due to circumstances outside its control. In those cases, a full or partial refund may be issued, but the consumer waives claims against Prestige Limousine Service and the supplier for consequential damages arising from that occurrence.

12. Refunds, cancellations, and changes

12.1 A 100% refund of the purchase price applies when cancellation is made more than 48 hours in advance.

12.2 A 50% fee of the purchase price applies when cancellation is made between 24 and 48 hours in advance.

12.3 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are charged in full unless supported by a valid medical note from a qualified doctor stating the condition preventing the client from receiving the reserved service.

12.4 Changes to the day or time of the same service are normally free when requested more than 24 hours in advance.

12.5 Some charges may apply when a change request is made less than 24 hours in advance.

13. Termination and suspension

Prestige Limousine Service, or any person authorized by it, may immediately suspend or terminate your right to use the website without warning if it believes you have breached these terms. This does not limit any other rights or remedies available to Prestige Limousine Service.

14. Assignment

Prestige Limousine Service may assign its rights and obligations under these terms and, upon assignment, will be relieved of further obligations to the extent permitted by law.

If you experience difficulty locating your chauffeur, contact Prestige operations immediately at +1 (809) 550-7227 or +1 (888) 623-6104. Leaving the pickup location without notifying Prestige may result in a no-show charge.
